JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities
1. Ad Optimization: Manage & Optimize Ad placements & campaigns to ensure
maximum ROI. Explore & implement strategies to improve Ad
performance.
2. Performance analysis: Monitor & analyze the performance of advertising
campaigns, track key performance metrics, identify underperforming areas
& make data – driven recommendations for improvement.
3. Ad Campaign Strategy: Select the optimal advertising platforms & timings.
Develop & implement Ad campaign strategies aligned with organizational
goals.
4. Media Planning & Buying: Collaborate with clients, creative teams & media
vendors to plan & buy media space for advertising campaigns.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target
audience behavior & stay updated on the latest media buying trends for
benchmarking.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and Ad
objectives.
7. Vendor Management: Build & maintain relationships with media vendors &
advertising networks, negotiate contracts & ensure media placements meet
quality standards.
Skills & Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in digital advertising, marketing, communications or a
related field. Additional certifications in Media Buying & digital advertising
is an added advantage.
Experience in digital Ad placement, optimization & familiarity with various
Ad platforms including DSPs.
Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics & other analytics software,
track performance & make decisions for actionable insights.
Strong understanding in the media advertising including Ad formats,
audience targeting, media channels & advertising platforms.
Creativity & innovation, excellent communication & negotiation skills, time
management & strong organizational skills.
