The club seeks to recruit a qualified professional for the position of General Manager. Job description * Communicate the club's goals and strategies to the club staff and to ensure that the same is executed with the common goal of the club's expectation. Be responsible for fiscal integrity of the club. Monitor the quality of the club's services, including management/oversight of club activities, «Manage all aspects of club operations, including development and execution of operational policies, direction of the work of all department supervisors and management of human resources and personnel policies. «Participate in activities approved by the club to enhance the prestige of the club and broadens the scope of the club's influence. Education requirements * Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or any other relevant degree from a recognized institution or be a holder of higher diploma in Hospitality and catering management. = Certification in any relevant field is an added advantage.
