I further declare that presently water meter No.E-200010/32-276, consumer
ID 11731 is standing
in the previous owner Smt.LAKSHMAMMA name
I request the B.W.S.S.B authorities to transfer presently water meter
No.E-200010/32-276, consumer ID 11731 to my name.
And in respect of the above said water meter No.E-200010/32-276, consumer
ID 11731 any objection or any problem, any litigation or complication arises in
this behalf I bound myself and I shall be fully held responsible in this behalf
