1. Opportunity Areas: What are your weaknesses that af f ect your perf ormance?
What skills do you have to develop to increase your ef f iciency and productivity?
• Honestly ma’am, number 1 of my weaknesses is my height, I believe that
height is just one aspect of physical appearance but sometimes I doubt
my capabilities and lose conf idence because of it.
• Second is lack of teaching experience, this is my f irst time in the teaching
prof ession and during my practice teaching days, I’m not really exposed
to the real classroom set ups since it was pandemic. Despite these
weaknesses, I can assure you that I did my best to learn and adopt new
things to be an ef f ective teacher. I am willing to be trained and learn f rom
my experience here in inf ormatics.
The skills that I need to develop to increase my ef f iciency and productivity are:
➢ Collaboration and teamwork – when we work together with collaboration and
teamwork, we can share insights, strategies, and resources ultimately
enhancing the quality of education.
➢ Student Engagement Strategies – when we develop this skill, it contribute the
improvement of academic perf ormance. Students tend to retain inf ormation
and demonstrate a deeper understanding when the teacher ef f ectively engage
dif f erent teaching strategies to students.
➢ Task prioritization- this is very important to ensure that important activities
are addressed promptly, preventing delays and missed deadlines.

2. Overall Assessment of Training Needs: In 2-3 sentences, write an overall
assessment of the employee’s training needs f ocused on the f ollowing:
a . Training to address employee’s perf ormance problems;
b. Training to address the Company’s urgent business requirements, e.g.,
compliance requirements; and
c. Training to address the Company’s f uture requirements given overall
strategies.

2. The Company agrees to support the Employee by giving the resources needed
to complete all required training courses/ programs.

3. When completing a degree or non-degree program including the required


Skillsof t courses, the Employee agrees and commits to achieve a passing rate
in all courses with assessments.

4. The Employee agrees and comm its to promptly provide all necessary reports
or documents related to training and/ or academic progress.

5. The Employee agrees and commits to abide by all the policies and guidelines
set f orth by the Company related to prof essional development.

6. The Employee or the Company may initiate the termination of this Individual
Training Plan either by mutual wr itten consent of both parties or in cases of
severe breach of employment terms.
