D ear reader, in your hands you now hold a book whose mat-
ter has been given intelligence by a quantum entanglement
carried out in advance via the 90.10. procedure. By this measure
it has become a kind of energy book.

However, it is an energy book only if you want it to be. If you only

want to read the book like any other conventional book, you don‘t
have to do anything. But if you want to activate its abilities, you
can do it now by meeting two requirements.

Quantum Physics

B eyond our everyday reality lies a breathtaking world, a cos-

mos full of mysteries, which shook the traditional picture of
this world among many physicists about a hundred years ago. As
Werner Heisenberg said: “If you want to understand what holds
the world together at its core, you have to know something about
its smallest particles”. It’s the cosmos of quantum physics.

Quantum physics deals with the behavior and interaction of the

smallest particles, which make it possible to observe the proces-
ses in the subatomic world. It has long been scientifically proven
that in the end all matter is a manifestation of energetic states
that vibrate at certain frequencies. You could say that what we
notice as matter is actually only condensed energy. Everything –
we humans, but also every cell as the smallest component of the
organism, and even the universe – consists of energy that vibra-
tes at a specific frequency. Starting with physically measurable
energy up to the speed of light. Energy cannot be destroyed, it
can only be transformed.

In quantum physics the world does not exist independently of
us – we are co-creators of our reality. Depending on the obser-
vation, the elementary particles of matter appear to be limited
particles sometimes and an expanding wave at other times.
In quantum physics, everything is described as energy and vib-
ration, since all particles also have the properties of waves. At
a closer look, this also applies to us humans. We are indepen-
dent individuals, comparable with the particles. But each of our
actions spreads like a wave in space and time. The strange thing
is that the laws of quantum physics (quantum mechanics, quan-
tum theory) are valid for everything in the universe – for the
atom and the subatomic particle as well as for the planets and
stars, for the solid matter and us human beings.
In the world of quantum, objects or things are strangely reluctant
to be pinned down to a single location. But that’s not all. It seems
that objects are in several places at the same time.1 Quantum
physics wants to provide us with evidence that the outcome of
an observed event can be influenced by the observer himself
and by his expectations. Then there is the thing with the cat.
You have probably heard of Schrödinger‘s thought experiment2,
according to which a cat can be both dead and alive. All this
seems totally absurd. Nevertheless, for over 75 years, physicists
have been using quantum physics to predict how atoms and sub-
atomic particles behave. Countless experiments and tests have
been repeated many times and could never be proven wrong.
There are literally billions of proofs of quantum mechanics. And
it is these “crazy“ laws that determine how our world works at
its core.
Who “invented“ or, rather, discovered these strange laws that
seem so paradoxical? Before quantum physics was a topic,
physicists were able to accurately predict the behavior of cer-

tain things, such as the way planets orbit the sun or how waves
travel on water, by looking at the laws of physics in classical
mechanics. It seemed perfect, it all made sense, until the early
20th century, when a group of scientists came up with radi-
cally new ideas about physical reality. Among them were such
famous people as Max Planck, Albert Einstein, Werner Heisen-
berg, Niels Bohr, Erwin Schrödinger and David Bohm, to name
just a few.
Max Planck and Albert Einstein are considered the founding
fathers of quantum theory. It began in 1900, when Max Planck
derived the mathematical law of the thermal radiation of a black
body, according to which light is both an electromagnetic wave
and a particle. This was revolutionary! In 1905, Albert Einstein
proved that light consists of quanta. Although Einstein created
the foundations for quantum physics, he could not fully stick to
them throughout his life, as they conflict with the realistic view
of the world and state that there is a coincidence in the quantum
world that goes far beyond what we accept in everyday life.

 Quantum Entanglement –
Spooky Action from Afar

L et us now turn to quantum entanglement, another phenome-

non which at first seems totally crazy. Yet entanglement is
one of the most fascinating and important phenomena in quan-
tum physics. Erwin Schrödinger introduced the term “quantum
entanglement”. It is of outstanding importance for information
transmission. However, entanglement can neither be reconciled
nor understood with classical physics.

Many quantum-physical experiments have contributed to the

seemingly odd nature of the quantum world. Two entangled
particles remain magically connected over an arbitrary distance.4
They are entangled, have perfectly defined common properties.
Although light years away, they both literally change at the same
moment. That is, two or more particles are entangled in such a
way that any change in one particle instantly affects the other. It
seems that one connected particle is magically aware of some-
thing having changed in the other particle.

But there is nothing obvious which connects these two particles.

So far only the principle of cause and effect was known, and the
effect could be clearly calculated in advance. The phenomenon
of entanglement is scientifically recognized today but back then
it caused the building blocks of physics to collapse. Jeff Kimbley,
a renowned U.S. quantum physicist, describes it humorously:

“Entanglement means if you tickle one the other one laughs.“
But Einstein dismissed it as “spooky action at a distance“ (so-
called non-locality). He said it was contrary to common sense.
John Bell has ended the stand-off over the issue of “spooky action
at a distance“ and proved Einstein wrong. He said: “Bohr was
inconsistent, unclear, willfully obscure and right. Einstein was
consistent, clear, down-to-earth and wrong.“

In 1993, Prof. Dr. Anton Zeilinger and his team succeeded in tele-
porting a photon for the first time. Ever since, he is nicknamed
“Mr. Beam“. He transferred the exact quantum state of one light
particle to another. It was thus a very special form of data trans-
mission. Zeilinger said: “The exciting thing about quantum physi-
cal teleportation is that we only transfer the properties of a system
and not the matter of which the system consists. And yet we can
claim that in that place to which we teleport we have the original.
That, of course, raises quite deep philosophical questions.“5

In an experiment carried out in 2004, Zeilinger and his team suc-

ceeded in teleporting particles across the Danube river, which
corresponds to a distance of 600 meters. Later, they managed a
teleportation between the two Canary Islands of La Palma and
Tenerife (140 km) in 75 seconds, showing that distance does not
matter. However, Zeilinger believes that it is unlikely to teleport
a whole person in the near future. He has still demonstrated the
phenomenon of entanglement impressively through an experi-
ment that was published in Nature Physics and other scientific
magazines.6

Zeilinger became famous for his experiment of teleporting, i.e.

beaming. The transmission or beaming of people or things is
still science fiction today but the transfer of information between

quantum computers is already being applied. Zeilinger has laid
the foundation for this. He said:

“We can expect the world to be as crazy as Einstein hoped it

wouldn’t be.”

Zeilinger gained great public attention by being awarded the

Nobel Prize in Physics in 2022, alongside two other quantum
physicists, for his many years of groundbreaking research.

For Schrödinger, quantum entanglement was the essential charac-

teristic of quantum physics. He described it as the criterion that
forces us to bid farewell to all cherished ideas about the nature
of the world.

The Dream

L ife’s roller coaster has sent me on a wild ride. It has lifted me

to the highest peaks and made me rejoice at the top, plunged
me into deep valleys where it was only dreary and dark, and
made me do loops where I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
On many a stage I wanted nothing more than to get off, but the
train made no stop. Every now and then, it also sent me over wide,
flat plains and gave me time to catch my breath.

I reached such a plain when I was in my mid-twenties. It was

after an incredible high, whose origin seemed increasingly wrong
to me, aroused doubts and finally led to a self-boycott. The ques-
tion of where my place is on this earth and what my purpose
is initiated the realization that I wanted to encourage and help
others instead of doing the opposite and wrestling with my guilty
conscience, which even then effortlessly threw me to the ground
and kept me in a headlock.

With the newly gained insight, I went on a search and began my

spiritual education, which lasted several years and allowed me to
grow. I met many interesting people, accompanied some of them

on their way for a while and tried to find my own way. Someti-
mes I had the feeling of being at home in five religions at the same
time, of believing in ten different gods or in no god at all. I took
the experiences as they came and tried not to judge anything,
even if some of them were really crazy. I learned from others and
also from myself. For me and my journey, the decisive factor was
a conviction that I had encountered in every spiritual practice,
be it in channeling, in spiritual healing or in Tai Chi: The higher
the body‘s own energy and the stronger and more individual the
frequency, the better the health, both physical and mental. The
flu epidemic or worse can sweep through the country and knock
everyone out, the icy wind of pessimism can blow, and armies of
worries can march in – energy is the remedy for everything. That
much I knew, but I didn‘t have that energy. Nor did I have any
idea where it was to be found and in what form it was hiding.

I have always been ambitious and curious to the same degree.

At that time for my own sake. So I decided to find it: the high-
est energy available worldwide, the creative power, so to speak.
Today, I almost have to laugh when I think about where I first
searched: on the Internet. I was actually convinced: If I would
only do intensive research and evaluate the results of even the
hundredth page presented to me by the search engine running
at full speed, then I would find it. In the six months that I spent
almost day after day searching, I found and tried quite a few
things. There is probably no energetic product or technology from
this field that I have not heard of. Some of them gave me a good
experience and with it the courage to continue, but not a single
technology provided what I imagined to be the highest energy
available in the world. Above all, none of it was neutral; all of it
contained specific frequencies: ...

 A Miracle or the New Reality?

W hen you work with the 90.10. technology for the first time,
the successes you experience every day seem like small
and big miracles at first. That’s how I felt in the beginning. How-
ever, the more I became involved in the method and the more
routinely I applied it, the more it became my reality. Thus, every
person can apply this technology in his or her life. After all, it is
based on simple cosmic laws that apply equally to everyone and
produce positive results with total certainty.

Particularly responsible for this is the Golden Ratio1 with its

mathematical-geometric proportion. It describes a relationship
between two numbers, lengths or other quantities: The smaller
one relates to the larger one as the larger one relates to the whole.
The golden ratio has many names, now and then it is also called
the “divine proportion”. It is part of the Sacred Geometry.

Those who find it difficult to associate Sacred Geometry with

quantum energy and frequency technology can visit certain
places of power in nature. Among the most famous are Ayers
Rock in Australia, Stonehenge in Great Britain, the Pyramids of
Giza in Egypt, and the Nazca Lines in Peru. Places like these trig-
ger certain reactions in the body and mind. They calm, soothe and
allow the mind to rest. In addition, there are numerous churches
and monasteries that have gained fame as places of power. Under
their vaults and ceilings, all stress falls away from you. As if by
itself, you feel good, like to stay a while and not only literally
recharge your batteries.

At each of these places, the law of the Golden Ratio applies. Every-
where, sometimes obvious, sometimes hidden in familiar forms,
you can find the five-pointed star and the Flower of Life. Both are
closely related to the Golden Ratio because they are contained in
it. Under the influences of both, energy vortices and energy fields
are established, which in turn, due to the structure or construc-
tion of the place, influence the organism and spirit, and either
keep the visitors on track or bring them back on track.

But the Golden Ratio is not only present in these places. It can be
found everywhere: in the blossom shape of the smallest flower,
in the structure of the human body and even in the orbit of the
planets around the sun. The fact that the law of Sacred Geometry
is not, or only slightly, noticeable in everyday life is, among other
things, due to the fact that the Golden Ratio has not been taken
into account, for example, in the arrangement of buildings in a
large city. In addition, various factors cause an interruption of its
energy lines. These include electromagnetic radiation, pollutants
and radioactivity. They trigger disturbing effects in the organism,
which result in stress, fatigue, sleep disturbances, lack of concent-
ration and low spirits, and as a consequence, after some time, can
lead to critical physical problems.

Quantum energy generated with 90.10. technology supports the

restoration of original structures based on the mathematical-geo-
metrical formula from Sacred Geometry, which is used for its
generation, bundling and focusing. Thus, it helps to reintegrate
into the big whole and to maintain it. The harmony of microcosm
and macrocosm thus achieved has a positive effect on all fields
of life.

Due to the connection to the quantum field, in principle, there are

no more limits, because through this matter and energy are con-
nected with each other. However, there is the limit of the human
imagination or a blockage stored in the consciousness of the indi-
vidual, which has built up in the course of life through various
influences. It is responsible for people not being able to imagine

a lot of things. Many cannot imagine that men can live 200 years,
for example. They have, so to speak, made an agreement with
themselves and consented to the fact that they will only live for
a certain time, around eighty to ninety years. Because spirit basi-
cally rules over matter, such a way of thinking is an impediment
to many developments that would actually be possible.

Anne Hild, alternative practitioner and classical homeopath, has

been working for years on the importance and effect of hormones
of hormones on our body and our well-being. As co-author of
the book “Natural Hormone Therapy”, she has written the stan-
dard German standard work on bioidentical hormones. In several
successful books, Anne Hild has introduced the hCG diet in the
German-speaking countries. She is the initiator of the web portal
www.hormony.de.

Oliver Schacke is engaged in the fundamental laws of the uni-

verse and the possibilities of the primal energy, the creative
power or quantum energy since the turn of the millennium. His
aim was the extraction and focusing of this energy for the pur-
pose of making it available. In 2011, after many years of seeking
and investigating, he succeeded in this step. Since that time, he
