SOLUTIONS IN MOTION®

ArcWorld 6000 with DX100 Controller

ArcWorld 6000 n ArcWorld 6200

The ArcWorld® 6000 family of fully-integrated, standardized robotic arc welding solutions easily
handles complex applications that require welding on multiple planes. These single robot (AW6000) or
dual-robot (AW6200) workcells are designed for medium- to high-volume production.
The ArcWorld 6000 features a high-speed MA1400 arc welding robot, DX100 controller with menu-
driven arc welding application software, integrated welding package, AC servo-driven dual headstock/
tailstock (HS/TS) positioner, operator interface, and common platform for programming. Its total safety
environment is in compliance with ANSI/RIA R15.06-1999 and Canadian safety standards.
