Please find the interview assignment for Oracle Account Cloud Engineer.

As an Oracle Account Cloud Engineer working with a large enterprise company that is considering
migrating their on-premises infrastructure to the cloud. Your goal is to design a cloud architecture and
bill of materials (BOM) for the company's Oracle cloud environment that meets their business
requirements while incorporating best security practices.

Role-Play: You will deliver a presentation to the CEO and CIO of the company, showcasing your cloud
architecture design and BOM. You will need to explain the benefits of moving to the cloud, highlight the
key security features of your design, and demonstrate backup and service capabilities.

Requirements:

The cloud architecture must be designed using Oracle cloud services, including compute, storage,
networking, and security services.

The application layer must be designed using Oracle Application Container Cloud Service and must
include the necessary resources for deployment and scaling of the application.

The database layer must be designed using Oracle Database Cloud Service, and must include the
necessary resources for backup, replication, and scaling of the database.

The cloud architecture must support the company's business requirements, which include high
availability, scalability, and performance.

The cloud architecture must incorporate best security practices, such as encryption, access control, and
network isolation.

The backup and recovery solution must be designed using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Backup Service.

The BOM should include the costs associated with each Oracle cloud service used in the design, as well
as any third-party services or products that may be required.

Deliverables:
Cloud Architecture Design: A detailed design document outlining the architecture of the Oracle cloud
environment, including all services used and their configurations.

Bill of Materials (BOM): A spreadsheet listing all Oracle cloud services and third-party products required,
along with their associated costs.

Backup and Recovery Solution: A detailed plan for the backup and recovery of the cloud environment,
including the database and application layers.

Presentation: A PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the cloud architecture design, BOM, backup
and recovery solution, and service demonstration, highlighting the benefits of moving to the cloud and
the key security features of the design.

Evaluation:

Your presentation will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Quality of the cloud architecture design, including how well it meets the company's business
requirements and incorporates best security practices.

Accuracy and completeness of the bill of materials, including all costs associated with Oracle cloud
services and third-party products.

Effectiveness of the backup and recovery solution, including the ability to recover the database and
application in a timely manner.

Clarity and effectiveness of the presentation, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts
in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to address any concerns or questions the CEO or CIO may have during the role-play presentation.

Good luck, and we look forward to seeing your design, demonstration, and presentation!
