GROUP ASSIGNMENT

INSTRUCTIONS:
i. The assignment is to be completed as a GROUP task comprising of 5-6 group
members.
ii. The assignment task is to be accomplished as suggested and discussed in the class.
iii. It carries 30% marks of the total course work.
iv. Submission:
a. The assignment is to be completed and submitted in the prescribed format
i. Use Times New Roman font (12), Double spacing
ii. Use APA format 7th edition for report and reference
b. Supplement your answer with photos, sketches, diagrams, figures, charts,
maps and so on.
c. Late submission: 5 marks will be deducted for late submission.
d. The assignment is to be submitted between 10 to 15 pages (excluding,
front page, table of contents, appendices/attachments & references).

i. Identify and analyse the issues and problem faced by a selected developing country.
ii. Discuss TWO (2) probable reasons contribute to the issues and problems
iii. Identify the effects of the issues and problems on the local community.
iv. Based on the issues and problems, suggest TWO (2) alternatives to overcome the
problems
v. The alternatives should be based one or two theories discussed in the class
vi. Analyse how these alternatives would contribute to sustainable development.
