Permission To Enter A Class Room

Here are the blanks filled in: The new product has wire that lies in a Z shaped design. The wires connect to the electronic sensors and stretch easily without breaking contact to the sensors. Xuanhe Zhao teaches Mechanical Engineering at MIT. He says the resulting product becomes a type of smart-wound dressing. It can react to changes in the skin around it. For example, Zhao says if there is a sudden increase in temperature, a command will be sent. That command can control the delivery of a drug to a special location.

face to face conversation with your friend about advantages and disavantages of online class

you : Hey, did you understand what the science teacher was explaining today?

Friend : No, I didn't. My internet was not working properly today so I couldn't take the class properly.
you: I guess so this online system of classes is not working.

Friend: But it is important that we learn from it, in the near future online classes will become the basic
way of studying.

You: Classrooms are so much better, you learn so much from a classroom environment. There are
friends with you whom you can ask for help. You get to communicate with everybody. Our personality is
build through classrooms. Skills such as presentations, debates are enhanced through classrooms. Such
skills cannot be given through online learning,

Friend: I get your point but in this pandemic situation, classrooms can be a threat to human health.
Online learning have provided with a solution so that studies can continue. The petrol cost of travelling
to school was a burden on parents and online learning has reduced the cost. Through online learning,
we can save the lectures of the teachers; in classrooms we could never save the lectures of the teachers.

1. The importance of nonverbal communication

The nonverbal communication cues—the way you listen, look, move, and react—tell the person you're
communicating with whether or not you care, if you're being truthful, and how well you're listening.
When your nonverbal signals match up with the words you're saying, they increase trust, clarity, and
rapport. When they don't, they can generate tension, mistrust, and confusion.
2. What does eye contact mean?

Eye contact is what happens when two people look at each other’s eyes at the same time. This is a form
of nonverbal communication that humans use to communicate many forms of emotions.

Unlike other primates, we can easily see where humans are looking because of the amount of white
surrounding our irises. As a result, we know where someone is looking even when their head doesn't
move.

This is why eye contact plays a huge role in communication.

3. Why is Body Language Important?

Body language allows us to decode what a person is truly thinking or feeling without solely relying on
their speech alone. It acts as an additional insight into unspoken emotions which can be crucial in the
workplace.

We can use body language to give our words more impact and communicate more effectively.

4. Nonverbal Communication Types

While these signals can be so subtle that we are not consciously aware of them, research has identified
nine types of nonverbal communication. These nonverbal communication types are:

1. Facial expressions
2. Gestures
3. Paralinguistics (such as loudness or tone of voice)
4. Body language
5. Proxemics or personal space
6. Eye gaze, haptics (touch)
7. Appearance
8. Artifacts (objects and images)Non-Verbal Communication

5. Definition: The Non-Verbal Communication is the process of conveying meaning without the
use of words either written or spoken. In other words, any communication made between two
or more persons through the use of facial expressions, hand movements, body language,
postures, and gestures is called as non-verbal communication.

6. What is the Difference Between Verbal and Nonverbal Communication?

Verbal communication is single-channeled because it is contingent upon spoken language. Verbal
communication is based on the agreed understanding of the definitions of words in the language. Verbal
communication is also finite; it begins and ends with spoken words. Nonverbal communication is multi-
channeled and continuous because the body is always moving and telegraphing messages into the
environment.
7. Negative nonverbal communication can be demonstrated in several ways. The following
behaviors, when present can send signals to the receiver of disinterest and a lack of support.
1.poor stance or posture

2.avoidance of eye contact

3.creation of barriers

4.using objects in a clumsy manner

5.inappropriate use of space

8.effective Listener

There are five key elements of active listening. They all help you ensure that you hear the other
person, and that the other person knows you are listening to what they say.

1. Pay attention. 2. Show that you are listening. 3. Provide feedback. 4. Defer judgment.
Interrupting is a waste of time. 5. Respond Appropriately.
