Heading above refers, Vodacom Lake zone office wishes to continue providing different services to your university
students in order to simplify their access to various services and queries so as they enjoy the fastest network in the
country. We want to continue bring services closer to your students & staff at campus so as we reserve their valuable
time they take to visit our customer care centers to get various services and hence be more productive with their
studies & work, therefore we request to station one registration agent at your premises.

We will provide 4G Sim Swap services so as they access fast internet, Device lending programme (So as they get
Smartphones cheaply & Pay on installment basis), Educate them on M-pesa services as well as Registration, Re-
registration, Sim Card Declaration etc.
