    A. Call to Order:
    The meeting was called to order at 2:29pm presided over by Hon. Ralph Justine Mamac, SK

    Chairman.

    B. Opening Prayer

    The opening prayer was led by Hon. Ralph Justine Mamac, SK Chairman.

    C. Roll Call

    Aj Oyangoren as SK Secretary, did the roll calling of attendees.


    D. Approval of the Agenda

    With no other suggestion added to the agenda, a motion of approval was then passed by Hon.

    Albiso and properly seconded by Hon. Sardido.

    E. Agenda:

    1. Appointment of SK Treasurer and SK Secretary

     With the approval of the SK chairperson and SK counselors Aj Oyangoren is appointed

    and SK Secretary.

     With the approval of the SK Chairperson and SK Counselors Rachel Ann Sardido is

    appointed as SK Treasurer.

     Whereas, Section 10 of R.A 10742 states that the appointed SK Secretary and Treasurer

    passed the qualification of the said position.

    2. Identification and Appointment of Committee Heads.

     Kids Party

    Where: PAN-PAN COURT

     KIDS PARTY ( MORNING) 8:00 – 12:00 A.M

    Target : Elementary pupils of CES

    Committees: Hon. Carmen Albiso & Hon. Angelyn Acuña

     YOUTH AND ADULT PARTY ( AFTERNOON) 1:00 – 5:00 P.M

    Target : Youth and Adult of Canbantug

    Committees: Hon. Gliezel Sardido & Hon. Monica Betonta


    4. Initial Discussion of Action Plan

     Youth Profiling by SK officials

    - Conducting Youth Survey for the Resident of Barangay Canbantug with age

    range of 15 – 30 yrs old.

    - Register and Non Registered Voters.

    - Sitio Manghikog – Hon. Monica and Hon. Russell

    - Sitio Bagakay- Hon. Erick Vincent

    - Sitio Suyac- Hon. Meynard

    - Sitio Skina- Hon. Gliezel

    - Sitio Bulak- Hon. Angelyn

    - Sitio Mayana- Hon. Carmen

    5. Schedule of Regular Meetings

    - 2nd Saturday of the Month (Morning) 8:00 – 12:00 AM

    6. A resolution allowing the honorable SK chairperson Ralph Justine Mamac and SK treasurer

    Rachel Ann Sardido to open a bank account at Development Bank Of The Philippines, Cebu City For

    And In Behalf Of The Sangguniang Kabataan Of Barangay Canbantug, Argao, Cebu

    F. Adjournment:

    - The meeting was adjourned at exactly 4:14 PM by our presiding officer Hon.
    Ralph Justine Mamac.

    G. Next Meeting

    - The second session of the 1st regular meeting of SK officials is to be held on


    December 30, 2023, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
    Adopted this 20th day of January, 2024 via unanimous decision of those who were present.
