Statement of the Problem

The researchers aimed to trace the graduates of bachelor of Science in

Hospitality Management of Western Philippines University School Year 2021-2022.

Specifically, the study sought to answer the following questions:

1. What is the demographic profile of the graduates in term of the following

characteristics:

2. What is the educational background of the graduates?

3. What are the employment data of the graduates?

4. What are the knowledge and skills acquired by the graduates of BSHM in the

degree/course and ability to perform in their current job?

5. Is there a significant relationship between the knowledge and skills acquired in the

degree course and performance in their current job?

6. What are the most commonly problems or difficulties that encountered of

graduates?

7. What are the suggestions or recommendation of the respondents to their ALMA

MATER to strengthen and improve the BSHM course?
