Instructions to be Followed
Session 2023-2024 begins on 12/04/2023 (Old Students) and
13/04/2023 (New Students)
1. 4 Passport Sized Photographs in Poper School Uniform to be
submitted on the date mentioned by the Class Teacher.
2. All the class activities and HOD will be held on
the day and
date provided. For the abosent students, it will not be taken on
later date.
3. Children are required to bring the mentionedmaterials for the
HOD and class activities to the class, else they shall not be
marked. Students are not allowed to carry steel scale, scissors,
blades to school.
4. Almanac and rough copy should be brought to school
every
day.
5. Chindren must bring all the copies to the class as
per the
schedule provided (Time table).
6. Student Information pages of the almanace should be filled up
properly with photograph and same to be submitted to the class
when the school reopens.
7. It is mandatory for all students to participate in the
sports /
cultural lannual event held every year in the month of
December (Which will be marked per subject).
8. All the assessments will be conceptual based and will nto only
be confied to class work only.
9 Projects invidual / group will not be accepted (marked) after
the schedule date Children absent during PT and Il will not be
marked in any cas.
10. CA work is checked / signed by the teacher on specific date /
duration.
11. Teacher willnot sign / check the CA copy after the date in any
case.
12. Books are not allowed in school except work books, language
books, GK - Book and Mental Math Book.
13. All the test copies should be submitted to class teacher on
first day of school.
14. Children without test copies will be marked zero
