I. Date and Time: December 14 at 1:00 P.M


II. Venue : Pitogo Central Elementary School, Grade VI- Mars Room
III. Agenda/ Topic
Preparation of TOS and Test Items
Facilitator: Alejandro M. Amarela Jr., MT 1
Objectives:
1. Participants are expected to be equipped with the knowledge and skills in developing
assessment items in different subject areas.
2. Examine instructional objectives.
3. Make a Table of Specification (TOS)
4. Construct test items
5. Assemble test items.
6. Check assembled test items.
7. Write directions.
8. Make answer key.

IV. Proceedings
 The session started at 1:00 in the afternoon by Master Teacher Alejandro M. Amarela,
Jr. as our LAC Facilitator. The opening prayer was led by Mrs. Maressa B.
Gumalang.
 Participants shared previous experiences. Facilitator then presented the new topic,
Preparation of Test Items and TOS
 After the presentation/discussion of the facilitator, the participants were told to
construct Test Items and TOS.
 The constructed Test Items and TOS were presented by each participant and was
critiqued based on the guidelines.
 There were constructive criticisms, collaborative and very engaging sharing of ideas
among the participants and the facilitators.
 The next topic was planned.
 The session ended at 5:00 in the afternoon.
