The following guide explains how to use the electronic (online)


Performance Management System (e-PMS):-

3. e-PMS first page. Click on PR Planning (Performance Planning) tab.

4. Employee & direct supervisor information will appear on the following screen.

5. Type your performance objective, select the relevant KPI and the performance
target (that were agreed on with the direct supervisor).

Click Save

6. After saving, the information will appear as follows. Employees are requested
to consider the following points:
 The optimum number of objectives for any employee are preferably to be between 5 and 8
objectives.
 Individual objective weight is to be between 10 and 25%.
 The total weight of objectives is to be 100%.
 It is possible to have more than one KPI/target for any objective.

7. Click Submit after entering all the objectives as below to your direct supervisor.
Then you will receive a notification via email.

8. After submitting the form below message will appear.


 After the submission, the supervisor has two options: to approve or to reject; in both cases the
employee will receive an email notification.
