In the Wi-Fi Settings menu, users may experience a MAC Address of zero prior to successful connection to a gateway. Refer to Figure 1. This applies to machines with the following control Part Nos.: F8746101, F8746104, 70697001, 70697003, 70697004, F8746201, F8746202, 70697101, 70697102.

Once the control connects to a gateway, the MAC Address should populate in the WI-Fi Settings menu. Refer to Figure 2.

This issue will be present each time power is cycled to the machine until the control connects to a gateway. If the control never connects to a gateway, ensure that it was properly provisioned. If the control is not provisioned and the gateway is no longer in provisioning mode, the control will not be able to connect.
