The Program Management Portal (PgMP) is the strategic tool for program/contract
management on the IBM Contract. Clients, Client Partner Executives and Contract Business
Office personnel will benefit from this workflow tool that helps to facilitate execution of the
Program Management System, PgMS. The portal leverages IBM Technology including
WebSphere, DB2 and Cognos for reporting. PgMP Application Release Notes show a brief
description of what features are available in its current release. The primary audience for PgMP
is Client Partner Executives, Delivery Partner Executives and Contract Business office
personnel supporting the IBM Contract. It is also beneficial to review and audit personnel,
Technical Solution Managers, Project Managers, Quality Assurance
and other personnel who support the IBM Contract.
Writing and modifying the Queries with expected data as per Business Rules.
Monitoring Database and Linux & Aix OS level Health checks.
Installing the fix packs of db2 and upgrade the latest db2 versions.
Working on port issues, SSL port configuration on to connect the databases from
different resources then providing the SSL certificates to ETL, Cognos, Application
teams.

Partners and IBM sellers to own the leads they identify. LPDE supports lead passing to
TeleSales reps, brand sales specialists in the field, or Business Partners for a particular
opportunity and reduces risk in the lead passing process.
LPDE consolidates and helps you comply with the most up-to-date Lead Pass Guidelines and
IBM sales coverage information for brand and customer segments without having to reference
complex decision trees. It also researches the historical performance of local Business Partners,
then suggests the Opportunity Owner (OO) who not only meets IBM's criteria, but who are
most likely to win your deal! It’s proven that sellers can win a higher percentage of deals using
LPDE's top three recommendations rather than habitually passing leads to the same Business
Partners.
