JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES


PROJECT OFFICER

I. WORK SCHEDULE
a. The Employee’s normal working hours is forty (40) hours per week
from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every Monday to Friday with one (1) hour
lunch break, including Saturdays if required .
b. The Employee shall be entitled to one (1) rest days per week.
c. The Employee is non-exempt and shall receive overtime pay for any
work rendered in excess of the standard eight (8) hours in accordance
with law, with prior approval from the management. Non-authorized
overtime, no pay.
d. The working hours may change from time to time depending on the
needs of the Employer.

supervisor
4. Process Project Billings
5. Manage the project documentation, record keeping and timeline
monitoring
6. Coordinate with accounting officer for timely processing of payment
requests
