OVERVIEW

SITUATION:
You want to make a slideshow of your memorable travels with your family and
friends. You thought of doing it online to make it easier for you to share it with
others.

LEARNING GOALS:
By the end of this module, you should be able to:
1. Log in to your Google account.
2. Open and use Google Play Store.
3. Open the Google Slides app.
4. Create a new presentation.

Materials Needed:
For this module, you will need the following:
● mobile device
● internet connection
● Google Slides app

LEARN
KEY TERMS:
● Google Slides
An online program that lets you create presentations right on your web
browser. 1
● Google Account
A user account that is required for access, authentication, and authorization
to certain online Google services. 2
● Cloud Storage
A network of servers hosted on the internet. It can be used for storing and
accessing data. It programs over the internet instead of your computer’s hard
drive. 3

LET’S PRACTICE
Instructions:
1. Log in to your Google account by inputting your Email and Password.

2. Open the Google Play Store app.

Search for Google Slides by typing it in the search bar.

Once the app is found, tap Install. Wait for it to download and install on your
mobile device.

3. After the app has been installed, tap Open.

The app should also automatically appear on the homescreen of your mobile
device. Tap the app to open it.

4. To create a presentation, tap the Create button or the plus sign (+) button on
the lower-right corner of your screen.

5. Choose New presentation.
