Assignment on Earthwork calculation

Time: 1 day

An existing ground profile is given below, which consists 16 stations.


Spacing between each station can be found in the Table 1 (next page) which directs which value
to be used according to roll number. Table 1 also have 1st and last station Formation Levels.
Intermediate formation levels can be interpolated using these two values.
Formation width is also given in Table 1. Slope in fill is 1:3 and in cut 1:2.
