2 Case Sides - 3/4 Ply , 27 1/2 X 10 1/2 X 3/4

1 Case Interior - 3/4 Ply , 27 1/2 X 9 3/4 X 3/4

3 Case Lower Braces - 3/4 Ply , 37 1/4 X 2 X 3/4

6 Case Upper Braces - 3/4 Ply , 18 1/4 X 2 X 3/4

4 Drawer Bottoms - 1/2 Ply , 12 3/8 X 16 3/4 X 1/2

2 Large Drawer Front - 1/2 Ply , 8 3/4 X 18 X 1/2

4 Large Drawer Back/Front - 1/2 Ply , 6 3/4 X 16 1/4 X 1/2

Directions
Cut Parts
1 Cut down plywood parts according to the cutlist provided above

Drill Pocket Holes


2 Grab all of your 3/4" thick plywood brace pieces to construct the case and drill pocket holes into them

Construct Case
3 Using 1 1/4 pocket hole screws, assemble the case together

Cut Drawer Dados


4 In all of the 1/2" thick plywood drawer pieces, (excluding the false fronts) cut a 1/2" wide and 1/4" deep dado to house the
drawer bottoms

Assemble Drawer Boxes
5 Assemble all 4 drawer boxes using 1" long pocket hole screws

Install Drawer Slides


6 Using a small spacer, install 4 sets of drawer slides inside the case

Install Large Drawers
7 Install large drawers between the drawer slides, attach the drawer front, and attach the drawer pull

Install Small Drawers


8 Install small drawers between the drawer slides, attach the drawer front, and attach the drawer pull
