Green Cloud Quick Start Guide
All files are safely stored and hosted in Australia on Amazon S3 Web Servers (AWS).
1. Visit greencloud.greenslist.com.au
2. Sign up and verify your account
6. Share Brief
- Once your brief is uploaded and sorted, you can now share the files with your Barrister and
any external users.
- Simply click on the Share Brief button (top right) and enter the name of the Barrister(s) you
wish to share the brief with and enter the email address of anyone else you wish to share
files with.
- Files will be automatically shared
- You will receive an email confirmation that your files have been shared successfully.
Once your brief is shared successfully - you will see icons displaying the email address of
the people your brief has been shared with.
- You can update the share settings by clicking the Share Settings button
5. File Management
- Once files are shared any updates made to a brief will automatically be sent to the
Barrister and external users.
- Create New Folders at any time by clicking on the Create Folders button.
- Upload more files at any time by clicking on the Upload Files button.
- Delete Files – select files you wish to remove and click the Delete Files button.
- Move Files – select files you wish to move to another folder.
- Merge Files – select files you wish to merge into a single bookmarked PDF.
* Please note certain files can’t be merged, password protected, corrupt files, .eml (email
files) and video files can’t be merged. Files with a red icon at the end of the file name
indicate that file can’t be merged.
- Download Files - Select files you wish to download into a zip file.
- Reorder Files – Click this button to change the sequence of your brief – update the file
order number to rearrange files accordingly.
- Replace/ Update an existing File – Click on the Edit Icon under the Action section of a file
to replace and override a single file with an updated version
