Class X Information Technology (IT-Code 402)


 There are 5 questions from each unit (Digital Documentation, Electronic Spreadsheet, DBMS)
as suggested by CBSE
 Students should write the answers i.e., steps required for each and every practical task
(handwritten and can be made colourful) for the given questions neat and clean either in
project paper or A4 size paper
 A Sample video of how to make the portfolio has been given in the following link

 Screenshots should be pasted or drawn wherever necessary
 Portfolio submission (in hard copy format) carries 10 marks

Digital Documentation (Open Office Writer)


1. What are called Styles? How will you apply styles to your document?
2. Write the different methods of inserting image in your Writer document. Explain any 2
methods in detail (Along with screenshots).
3. What are called Templates? Write the steps to create a template from a document.
4. Explain Table of Contents (TOC). Explain the Entries tab in TOC with various options.
5. Write the steps required for printing mailing labels.

Electronic Spreadsheet (Open Office Calc)


1. What is called as Data Consolidation? Explain briefly.
2. Define the following terms briefly:
