    Guidelines for Moving Team at Site

     All team members must wear Proper PPE’s before enter into site

     Before entering into site, all team members must get the access card for
    enter into CDC building.
     After getting access cards, team will enter into CDC building in proper line.
     Team members will not make noise , shouting etc inside facility.
     Smoking, spitting and throwing any material is prohibited inside facility.
     Do smoking only in designated smoking area.

     There will be two or three groups .Any member will stay with his group all
    the day from starting and ending of work activities.
