KONE MONOSPACE AND KONE MONOSPACE SPECIAL

ELEVATORS

Purpose of this document is to:

- Document the progress of the installation in installation order.
- Ensure that each phase of the installation have been completed in accordance with the AM and
other site specific instructions.

This document contains a list of verifications to be done during the installation of the KONE
MonoSpace or KONE MonoSpace Special elevators.
Delivered components and installation methods may differ from the ones described. For more
details on how to install the elevators, see elevator specific AM instructions and delivery
documents. Always follow the installation site specific procedures. This document is not
intended to replace them.

Do the verifications and fill in the tables each day or whenever the installation phase has been
completed. All defects found must be listed in the remarks column. D in the done column means
defect to be corrected.
Corrective actions must be taken before tagging the done column with OK (including the name and
date) and continuing the installation. Both the fitter and superior must be positive that the items listed
are in an acceptable condition.

Responsibilities
Auditor = a competent person nominated to audit the completion of the QD document and the
installation of the elevator.
Superior = a competent person (e.g. supervisor or installation specialist) who confirms that the
installation phase has been completed.
Fitter = a competent person who installs the elevator and fills in the lists in this document with the
required information.

Target group: Fitters, supervisors, installation specialists and auditors who participate in elevator
installations.

Store the forms inside the controller or the project binder.
