ARTIFICIAL
INTELLIGENCE
Organizational behavior
AI and automation

Briefly explain the topic you chose

While AI and automation offer numerous benefits, there are also concerns and criticisms raised
against them.

Why you selected this topic (Evidence)

While AI and automation offer numerous benefits, there are also concerns and criticisms raised
against them.
I chose the topic of artificial intelligence specifically because it is spreading in recent times. It is
a loophole and it will change the world. The world of artificial intelligence is a very large and
terrifying field, and it contains tools that help all jobs and companies

What is the purpose of the why are you (against) debate?

The purpose is that artificial intelligence is not as the world imagines, that it is a tool that helps
and assists people and does not have any way of deceiving, but in reality it is the opposite and
there are many defects and the first appearance of the defects and fears of artificial intelligence
was:
• job displacement
• bais and discrimination
• security risks

What are your goals and objectives of applying this debate

decrease of negative impacts of using AI , give people the opportunity to learn and Work
decrease the unemployment

What is artificial intelligence?

Artificial intelligence first and foremost. From a bird's eye view, AI provides a computer
program with the ability to think and learn on its own. It is a simulation of human intelligence
(and therefore artificial intelligence) in machines to do things that we normally rely on humans
to do. There are three main types of AI based on its capabilities – weak AI, strong AI, and super
AI.

Weak AI – focused on one task and cannot do beyond its limits (common in our daily lives)
Strong AI - can understand and learn any intellectual task a human can perform.
Super AI - surpasses human intelligence and can perform any task better than a human.
Machines can only complete the tasks for which they were developed or programmed; If they are
asked to complete anything else, they often fail or provide useless results, which can have
significant negative effects. Hence, we are unable to make anything unique.

Main points:

• No Creativity
• Unemployment
• Make Humans Lazy
• Cost
• DeepFake
• leonardo ai
• Open AI

1.No creativity

The downside of AI is that it can't begin to think about the big score. AI is able to learn
over time from the data it is fed and past experiences, but it cannot be creative in its dancing. For
example, it is a ChatGPT bot that can write or research in any field or compose stories, songs,
messages and communication that can help you in your work. ChatGPT has a very large
database that gets filled up every year. Some people think that he is very smart because of his
speed in compiling the question and answering it in a professional manner, but the truth is that all
the evidence in it is originally the work of people
and previously submitted research, and not
chatgpt who thinks. It is designed to respond in
a certain way, and if you use it you will receive a
message at the end of every message he writes.
He is just a machine that does not feel or think,
and all the information in it is from the year
2022, and he does not know what comes next.

On July 12, 2023

American writer and comedian Sarah Silverman has sued OpenAI for allegedly violating her
copyright.
2.Unemployment
One application of AI is robotics and ARIM, which replace jobs and increase unemployment. So
some claim that there is always a chance of unemployment as a result of chatbots and bots
replacing humans. But this is wrong. In fact, it is possible to solve some small partial tasks, such
as entering data, helping to find a marketing plan, or writing a business letter. Everything is
simple. He can't do anything perfectly. They are all tasks, whatever they are. But he will not be
able to think and deal with the circumstances surrounding the work because, as we mentioned in
the ChatGPT example, the maximum amount of information is for the past year, not now. Some
of the jobs you can work in are marketing, data entry, web development, designer.

3.High costs
Being able to create a machine that can imitate human intelligence is no small feat. It requires a
lot of time and resources and can cost a large amount of money. AI also needs to run on the latest
hardware and software to stay up to date and meet the latest requirements, which makes it very
expensive.

4. Make people lazy

AI applications automate most of the boring and repetitive
tasks. Since we don't need to memorize things or solve puzzles
to get the job done, we tend to use our brains less and less. This
addiction to artificial intelligence could cause problems for
future generations. One of the biggest examples is students in
universities, when they are asked to do research, they just write what they want to research, and
AI does it 100 times better than the student, so this
creates laziness and lack of dependence, and it is just
the most important skill a person can acquire, which
is the research skill.

What is deepfake AI?

Deepfake AI is a type of artificial intelligence used
to create convincing images, audio and video
hoaxes. The term describes both the technology and
the resulting bogus content, and is a portmanteau of deep learning and fake.

Deepfakes often transform existing source content where one person is swapped for another.
They also create entirely original content where someone is represented doing or saying
something they didn't do or say.
The greatest danger posed by deepfakes is their ability to spread false information that appears to
come from trusted sources. For example, in 2022 a deepfake video was released of Ukrainian
president Volodymyr Zelenskyy asking his troops to surrender.
What is Leonardo AI
Leonardo AI is an artificial intelligence tool for generating images from
text descriptions.
This allows users to create unique and innovative digital art.
You can literally describe what you want to see and the tool will generate a unique output for
that. This is what the official website of Leonardo AI wrote, but the truth is that they follow the
ChatGPT approach. They put millions of artworks and use the overlapping feature in the
images. Once you write the description you want, the search begins and mixing them together.
As I said, there is no innovation in artificial zakat. It is a machine programmed to do Something
you cannot do without humans.

AI in organization
We have many points about artificial intelligence in organizations, but we will only show the
most famous things and disasters that may lead to the destruction of the organization due to
artificial intelligence.
The idea of using artificial intelligence in the organization is a genius idea and the return is very
large. It will save workers, money and time, but all of this could destroy your company because:

• Lack of Accountability
• Accelerated Hacking
• Security risks
• Dependence and over-reliance

Lack of Accountability
The use of AI can also make it difficult to identify who is responsible for decisions made by
automated systems. This lack of accountability can have serious consequences when errors or
accidents occur and can make it challenging to remedy any harm caused by the system.

Security Risk
AI and automation can present security risks to organizations, as automated systems could
potentially be hacked or compromised by malicious actors. This could result in sensitive
information being stolen or manipulated, or critical processes being disrupted.

Reliance and over-reliance

Excessive reliance on artificial intelligence can lead to a loss of critical thinking and problem-
solving skills. These are the two most important skills at work, because without them you cannot
think if the organization goes through problems or a difficult stage.
Security risks
We must know a very important piece of information that
everything on the Internet or connected to a network is very
likely to be hacked. Artificial intelligence is vulnerable to
hacking and misuse, which poses security risks to your
organization, and this is a major disaster if it happens. If your
private server is chosen, In your company, all of your
information is with another person, as happened in Fawry and most banks in Egypt, and
Facebook, so do not think that you will not be hacked and your information will be stolen. There
is a 20 to 50% chance that you will be notified.
