Introduction: In the introduction part, the discussion should be regarding the background of
the study, problem statement, rationale of the study, research questions, objectives,
hypotheses, conceptual framework, the significance of the study, the definition of the terms,
etc. Important definitions which have been used and on which common understanding of the
researcher and reader are required.
CHAPTER TWO
LITERATURE REVIEW
Literature Review: An Overview on key words of the title, An overview and Analysis on
related Literature, Research Gap etc. A literature review surveys books, scholarly articles,
and any other sources relevant to a particular issue, area of research, or theory, and by so
doing, provides a description, summary, and critical evaluation of these works in relation to
the research problem being investigated. Literature reviews are designed to provide an
overview of sources you have explored while researching a particular topic and to
demonstrate to your readers how your research fits within a larger field of study.
CHAPTER THREE
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Methodology: Describe the methodology of the study in detail. On the basis of the data and
information collected which are usually presented in tables, matrices and graphs, analysis and
interpretation can be made. Some implications, explanations or justification should be made
why this obtaining situation exist. The sequence of the analysis should be made based on the
statement of the Problems or Objectives of the study. Some Issues and Problems can be an
offshoot of the analysis and interpretation.
CHAPTER FOUR
ANALYSIS And INTERPRETATION Of The
DATA
Analysis and Findings: While writing the main discussion, concentration should be given to
one section at a time. You may need to do some or all of the following in each section:

 State data obtained and indicate sources.

 Analyze the data.
 State the findings and conclusions based on them.
 Refer to or summarize matter fully presented in various tables, illustrations and
appendixes.
CHAPTER FIVE
FINDINGS
CHAPTER SIX

RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONCLUSIONS

Recommendations and Conclusions: The conclusion part must include implications,
challenges, recommendations, etc. This part contains a statement of the future actions, which
in the researcher's opinion, maybe worth pursuing. These are known as recommendations.
Recommendations concern future research, the development of theory, or the practice of
management in relation to the problem. In this part, conditions and circumstances that
prevented the study from being as perfect as desired need to be included. Mention the
interrupting elements that appeared which may have influenced the results as well as
explained and unexplained factors. You should include a suggestion for future research as
well as the applications of findings to any relevant matters. The conclusions and
recommendations may appear in the same chapter or may be divided into two chapters. This
chapter is considered as the mirror of the report. The reader wants to get everything in one
go. The researcher would include that have already found out (findings) and mentioned those
in various corners of main discussion part. It is now time to gather all conclusions in a single
place. The conclusion should cover: summary of the main discussions as context for writing
the summary of conclusion; summary of all findings; no new findings can appear in
conclusion.
