1. Warranty Period : 3 years or 50,000km ( whichever comes first ) from the first date of
vehicle registration.
2. Perodua hereby warrant that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects due
to faulty workmanship or internal electronic parts / materials.
3. Perodua has absolute discretion and reserves the right to replace a product under
warranty with an equivalent model in lieu of repair.
4. The warranty becomes null and void under the following conditions :
a) Defects arising from misuse / mishandling, abuse, accidents, negligence, and damage
caused directly or indirectly by fire and flood.
b) Exposure to moisture or dampness.
c) If the product has been tampered with undergone unauthorised repairs by a third
party, or has had improper installations alterations or modifications made to it.
d) Used with or connected to other products, accessories, devices, hardware, software
and / or services not manufactured, supplied or authorised by Perodua.
e) Defects caused by viruses from the primary owner’s or a third party’s unauthorised
access to services, other accounts, computer system or network. This unauthorised
access can take place through a variety of other means, including hacking or
password-mining.
f) This warranty shall be void if the serial number at the top cover of the radio is removed
from the unit or the warranty label at the back of the radio is torn.
g) This warranty does not extend to the elimination of car static or motor noise, to
correction of antenna problems to costs incurred for removal or reinstallation of the
product, or damage to cd, accessories etc.
