Firstly: all presumptions of death of claimant are rebutted (Exhibit 1);
Secondly: property of all reversionary interest in equitable title to Certificate of Live Birth

Thirdly: partial assignment of said property to United States Treasury for full discharge of
remaining balance sum certain amount stated on bill presented by respondent (Exhibits 3,
4);
Fourthly: said property was received by respondent on ___________ (Exhibit 5);
Fifthly: respondent has not returned said property to claimant within stipulated time if said
property is dishonored for cause by the United States Treasury;
Sixthly: said property has not been credited to respondent’s account for claimant within stipulated
