Mittal Complex Moga (Punjab) ( September 2020 – August 2021)

Working as a Customer Service Representative :

- Resolve customer complains via phone, email, and social media.


- Great customer warmly and handle customes problem with patience.
- Assist with replacement of orders, refunds, and exchanges.

The Downtown Moga, Punjab, India ( December2021 – April2022)

Part time – Cashier

- Registers sales on cash register by scanning items,and totaling customer’s purchase.


- Sometimes unload the trucks and organizing the things on the right place.
- Custumer Service like handling questions and concerns and also help customers with
locating items as needed.

Mars restaurent, Punjab, India ( August 2022 – June 2023)

Kitchen Helper

- Clear and clean tables, trays and operate the dishwashers to wash dishes.
- Place dishes in storage area, package take – out food.
- Portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits and remove kitchen garbageand
trash.

Availibility
Monday, Wednesday, Friday : - 4 pm to mid – night

Tuesday, Thursday : - 11 am to overnight

Saturday and Sunday : - Anytime

Both night and day shift preferreed
