On 06th of Nov 2023 Govind Yadav without any reason called Mr. Ijaz Abbasi with slang words. Upon his query for the reason of this
misbehave Govind Yadav started abusing respected Mr. Ijaz Abbasi which Mr. Abbasi ignored and reported to Project Manager. .

CONSEQUENCES OF FURTHER INFRACTIONS

This action is based on your negligence and anger issues, we are taking further disciplinary action with a salary deduction.

intimation.

On 06th of Nov 2023 Govind Yadav upon call of Contract Manager for resolving issue went to him. While Contract Manager was
resolving issue between Govinf Yadav and Mr. Ijaz Abbasi, Govind Yadav didn’t control himself and started misbehaving with
Contract Manager.

This action is based on your negligence and anger issues, we are taking further disciplinary action with a Termination.
