Reconstitution: Centrifuge the vial briefly, before opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in
sterile, distilled water, to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL (Do not vortex) and store at 2-8°C for up to 1 week. Make any further
dilutions of the reconstituted protein in buffer containing carrier protein, such as 0.1% BSA, and apportion into working aliquots to
store at -20°C to -80°C.
Storage: The lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for 1 month. Store the lyophilized protein at -20°C to -80°C,
preferably desiccated. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable for up to one week at 2-8°C. Working aliquots stored with a
carrier protein are stable for at least 7 months at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
