180°-turn on RWY prohibited for ACFT with wingspan 24m / 79ft and above. 180°-turn
shall be carried out on turn pad near THR of RWY 27.
1.3.2 Taxiway Restrictions
Taxiway Width
TWY K width 20m / 66ft.
Aircraft Size Limitations
Due to MNM separation DIST between RWY CL and TWY CL of 150m / 492 ft, in IMC ACFT
code letter C, D, E on may be REQ to hold on TWY during LDG or TKOF of ACFT code letter
C, D, E.
TWY P in connection with TWY E take care of MNM separation of 39.5m / 130ft between
TWY CL and objects, wide body ACFT shall taxi with extreme caution.
TXL T3 - T7 connected with TXL T1 and T2 AVBL up to code letter E ACFT.
1.3.3 Apron Restrictions
Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS)
SAFEGATE Visual Docking Guidance Systems (VDGS) AVBL at:
• APN A: stands 7 -16
• APN B: stands 1-6
• APN D: stands 31-40, 32L/R, 33L/R 34L/R
If VDGS U/S, marshaller shall guide ACFT to parking position. No ACFT allowed to taxi into
parking position without the aid of VDGS or marshaller.

1.4 Operation
1.4.1 Standard Taxi Routes
Arrivals
• RWY 09: via TWY F or G;
• RWY 27: via TWY A, B or E;
• To APN E when RWY 09 in use: vacate RWY via TWY F and taxi via TWY P, B; then
enter and taxi down on RWY to vacate at TWY K to APN E or as directed by ATC;
• To APN E when RWY 27 in use: vacate RWY via TWY K or as directed by ATC.
Departures
• RWY 09/27: via TWY A, B, E, F or G;
• From APN E when RWY 09 in use: taxi via TWY K then enter and taxi down on RWY to
vacate at TWY B and taxi via TWY P, A to HLDG point RWY 09 or as directed by ATC.;
• From APN E when RWY 27 in use: taxi via TWY K then enter and taxi down on RWY to
vacate at TWY B and taxi via TWY P, G to HLDG point RWY 27 or as directed by ATC.
1.5 Noise Abatement Procedures (NAP)
APU
APU may be used only when ACFT is parked on remote stands.
Engine Run-up Areas
Testing shall be done during 2300-1400 at stand 99 on TWY A, facing east.
1.6 Warnings
1.6.1 Areas of Restricted Visibility
APN D, E and area BTN APN A and C are blind spot areas for ATC. Maneuvering at own
discretion after ATC instructions are issued.
1.6.2 Caution Notes
Birds in vicinity of AD.
1.6.3 NAVAID Restrictions
ILS 27: GP unusable from D2 IPKT (MM) to RWY 27 THR.
2 ARRIVAL
2.1 Speed
MAX IAS 250KT below FL100 in airspace class D.
MAX IAS 230KT below 10000ft unless otherwise authorized by ATC.
MAX IAS 180KT at IF, or shortly before closing HDG to intercept or establish on final
course.
MAX IAS 150-160KT at FAP or FAF.
If unable to comply, inform ATC and state speed acceptable.
2.2 Communication Failure

Maintain last assigned level. Proceed to KALIM, descend in HLDG at KALIM to 4000ft. Carry

3.1 Take-off Minima

3.3 Communication Failure
RNAV SIDs RWY 09, RNAV SIDs RWY 27
Proceed on SID, comply with last assigned level or MFA whichever is higher until next CRP
then CMB flight plan cruising level.
3.4 Start-up Procedures
3.4.1 Start-up/Push-back
REQ CLR from DLV 5min prior to ENG start-up and report:
• Call sign;
• ACFT type, if HEAVY;
• Stand;
• ATIS;
• DEST;
• FL, if different than in FLP.
Contact GND for start-up/push-back after ATC CLR has been received.
If unable to contact DLV, contact GND for ATC CLR.
Start only one ENG with MNM PWR during push-back. Start the other ENGs when push-
back is completed.
In case the pilot needs to start-up ENG more than MNM PWR (such as Cross-Bleed start),
ATC approval must be received before push-back. Start-up within the taxilane only.
Use MNM PWR for push-back, start-up.
APN E:
• Simultaneous push-back from adjacent stands not permitted;
• Contact ATC for start-up ENG when ACFT is at release point;
• No ENG start-up is permitted. ENG shall be allowed to start-up when push-back PROC
is completed and ACFT is aligned with TWY K.
