1 INTRODUCTION

Creating a positive and respectful atmosphere within the giga projects of Red Sea Global is essential for fostering a harmonious work
and living environment. These Respectful Behavior Guidelines are designed to set clear expectations for professional and respectful
conduct among staff and residents within Construction Village, Staff Village, Triple Bay, and Airport. By adhering to these guidelines, we
contribute to a collaborative and productive community.

2 PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION

Clear and professional communication is essential for maintaining respectful interactions. Use appropriate language and tone that
reflects respect when engaging in conversations with colleagues, residents, and visitors. Ensure that your communication is free from
offensive language, sarcasm, or derogatory remarks.

3 CULTURAL SENSITIVITY

Embrace and respect the diverse cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives present within the sites. Avoid making comments, engaging
in actions, or displaying behaviors that may be offensive or disrespectful to others' cultural identities.

4 CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Conflicts are a natural part of any community. When conflicts arise, address them in a constructive manner by following the Conflict
Resolution Protocol. Prioritize understanding, empathy, and finding common ground in order to reach a resolution that respects the
perspectives of all parties involved.

5 PERSONAL SPACE AND PRIVACY

Respect the personal space and privacy of colleagues and residents. Do not intrude upon personal belongings or spaces without
permission. Knock before entering private areas and avoid eavesdropping on conversations.

6 PROHIBITION OF HARASSMENT

Red Sea Global maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment in any form. This includes verbal, physical, and sexual harassment.
Such behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate disciplinary actions.
