Timetable fit: This lesson is part of the unit “Lunchtime” and focuses on different
words pertaining to types of food. The students are already familiar with some
words that refer to or describe different types of food.

Achievement aims:

By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:


name and describe different types of food;
sing a song about healthy eating;
use affirmative and negative forms of the verb have got;
talk about their favorite food.
