    Purpose of the test.


    Verification of the conformity of the technical characteristics of the model described in paragraph 2,
    with respect to the subsections that are applicable to the equipment and that are specified in the
    Venezuelan Standard COVENIN 2080:1988 “25.4 mm diameter aerosol valves”.

    3. Identification of the Test Equipment


    To carry out the planned tests, the following equipment was available:

    - Vacuum pump according to specifications of the COVENIN STANDARD 2080:1988 and according to
    figure 4 of the same standard.

    - Aluminum block with a metal ruler graduated in millimeters (mm) according to figure 5 of the same
    standard.

    - Set of stainless pins with external diameters calibrated according to figure 6 of the same standard.

    - Dynamometer with movable scale, maximum reading 10 kg with fixed reading according to figure 7 of
    the same standard.

    8 Marking and Packaging


    The packaging is made of suitable material that does not allow damage or contamination. The packaging
    of the valves is printed with the name of the supplier, model and type of valve, quantity it contains and the
    specific characteristics of the valve components.

    Note: the obvious space limitations in the design of the aerosol valves do not allow their marking.
