team members with 4 Team Leaders.
Role and Responsibilities
• It is completely outbound process there will be a weekly and monthly target based on the
manpower logout 3hrs talk time
And 200+ dial outs every day before logout
• Every executive will receive 20-22 prospects everyday so to track each prospect is attempts
within 30mins of receiving and 4 dialed attempts minimum
• Motivating the team and actively monitoring and guiding them and performer non performer
auditing there calls and guiding them where they are lacking
• Making them to take there ownership and understanding their responsibilities and helping them
creating incentive plans to make them over achieve the target and earn more
• Maintaining proper data with conversion parameters and lead to conversion ratio maintaining
attendance and keep track of all the data

In vedantu I am handling team size of 15 To 20 members. It is outbound and inbound & Sales
process
• As a Team Leader the job role is quite very challenging and also comes with a lot of
responsibilities like to maintain daily DRR as minimum 2 Demo Done with Parents is
mandatory from Every AC.
• As TL the day itself starts with challenge like every morning we need to sit with team in
morning hurdle and discuss about there performance scope for improvement and most
importantly the revenue what the AC have to add for the day. Also to look after the AC's
performance and way of conducting demos noting all the point where is improvement required
and also to join with them in session and help them getting closures so that together we can add
business to the company.
• We had 2targets monthly week 1 target and week 2 target which we had to make sure that we
are full filling minimum 80% of the set amount.
• Handling direct reporters and driving them to achieve monthly goals. Coaching, Feedback on a
regular basis to improve on weakness and develop the strengths.
• Monitoring daily activities such as Funnel creation, Productivity, Quality of the call, and
helping them in the closure of the deal calls.
• Lead assignment and analytical work on the same to ensure high conversion.
