Activity 3
Activity 3
Instructions:
1. Brainstorm:
Take a few minutes to brainstorm and write down all the steps involved in your
current morning routine, from the moment you wake up to when you start your
workday.
2. Identify Pain Points:
Review your morning routine steps and identify any pain points, inconveniences,
or areas where you feel there's room for improvement. These could be small
annoyances or more significant challenges.
3. Ideation Session:
Now, consider how you could innovate or improve your morning routine. Think
like an entrepreneur looking for solutions to common problems.
Generate as many ideas as possible without judgment. The goal is to encourage
creative thinking.
4. Select a Challenge:
Choose one specific aspect of your morning routine that you'd like to improve or
innovate. It could be related to time management, efficiency, health, or even
mental well-being.
5. Develop a Solution:
Design a solution for the chosen challenge. Think about what tools, techniques,
or changes you can implement to address the issue.
6. Prototype or Test:
Create a prototype or test your solution in your next morning routine. This
doesn't have to be a physical prototype but rather a practical application of your
idea. Note how it affects your morning.
7. Evaluate and Iterate:
After testing your innovative solution, evaluate its effectiveness. Did it solve the
problem, or are there further improvements needed? Consider user feedback, if
applicable.
8. Document Your Innovation:
Document the entire process, including the problem, your solution, and the
results. This documentation can be in the form of a written report, a presentation,
or even a video.
9. Reflect and Share:
Reflect on the experience. What did you learn about the creative thinking and
innovation process? How did you apply an entrepreneurial mindset to a simple
task?
