1. LOGIN PAGE

To login into the system, perform the steps below:-

STEP 1:
Key-in IC number in the
Username field

STEP 2:
Key-In password in the
Password field
Note:
User can view password
using Toggle Password
Visibility icon

STEP 3:
Click on the button to
log into
the application

Note:
If user key in wrong username

be displayed as shown in Figure
2. User allowed to login attempt
to 5 times.

2. PATIENT REGISTRATION

2.1 DIAGNOSIS & DISCHARGE CONSOLE

STEP 1:
Click on the ‘AGT MNGT.

STEP 2:
Click on the
‘PATENT
REGISTRATION’

STEP 3
Click on the ‘Registered
Patient Menu as shown in
Figure 4.

System opens Patient
Registration Summary screen

Key-in Search Criteria
based on selection:
i. Encounter Date
(Calendar)
ii. Search By (Drop Down)
iii. Classification (Drop
Down)
iv. Location (Drop Down)
v. Ward (Drop Down)
vi. Clinical Staging
(Drop Down)
vii. Refer From
viii. Facility
Then click ‘Search’ button

Click on button to
upload excel file for
register patient by batch

STEP 6:
Click on button
To register single patient as
shown in Figure 5.
