2. You are given 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete your test (10.00 am -12.00 pm).
3. Additional 30 minutes is given for you to upload your Ms Access file to GC

REQUIREMENTS:

● Create table namely: CUSTOMERS


Create the field names as shown below. You are required to key in data for 5 customers
with their information in your table. Please replace the customer’s ID (min 4
characters but no more than 6) and create the customers’ name, state, contact
number and email using your own idea.

Create a form for the CUSTOMERS TABLE. Include all fields in the form. Using new
customers form, enter two additional customers:

Create a query that displays all the fields from Purchases table of XX02 sorted by DATE in
descending order.

5. Create query: MEMBERS

Create a query that displays only the CNAME, STATE, CNUMBER and EMAIL of the
customers with membership, sorted by CNAME in ascending order.

(4 marks)

6. Create query: PREMIUM_CUSTOMERS

Create a query that displays all the fields from Purchases table of the customers with the
MPOINT of more than 600 or the PTOTAL of more than or equal to RM500.

7. Create query: SEND_PROMO

Create a query that only shows CNAME, CNUMBER and DATE of the customers with the
PTOTAL that is below RM500.

8. Create query: OFFER_PACKAGE.

Create a query that only displays CNAME, MEMBER and MPOINT of the customers without
a membership and 0 MPOINT.

Create a query that only displays CID, CNAME, MPOINT.

10. Generate reports from SEND_PROMO and OFFER_PACKAGE queries.
