of competence. There are many
differences. But with these
differences, what program can you
make to ensure complementariness
with every member of the family? *

To ensure complementarity among family


members with different levels of
competence, it can be helpful to develop a
program that focuses on building and
leveraging each person's strengths, while
also addressing areas where they may
need support or development.
2. What program can you make in
the institution to promote the effort
for excellence in the students (and
not competition)? *
(In excellence, one helps to bring the other to
his/her level, in competition, s(he) hinders the
other from reaching to his/her level)

encourage students to take part in campus


activities and to join student interest

institution to help the students
understand the true meaning of

Incorporating love education in the


curriculum, Using photographs to inspire
ideas for showing love to different people,
Telling students that they are loved,

promote cleanliness and safety, and foster

proper understanding and right feeling in
the institution's neighbourhood. Teachers
should also focus on each student
individually and make sure that everyone
feels at home, at ease, and like a member
of the school community. You and your
organisation may help to ensure the
correct understand and feel by adopt
these actions.

In the context of human families, the


process of education-sanskar involves
imparting values, beliefs, and behaviors to
children. This process often includes
elements such as imitation, following, and
obedience.

Education is developing the right


understanding
AICTE has taken the lead starting
with the following:

(1) 15-sessions of UHV (called


UHV-I) during a 3-week induction
program – this has been made
mandatory and faculty development
is included as a requirement in the
2020 approval handbook

(2) 28-lectures and 14 practice


sessions 1-semester credit course
(called UHV-II) during the 3rd/4th
semester – this is mentioned in the
model curriculum and recently a
letter was sent from AICTE to all
colleges to make it mandatory. The
colleges look towards the university
to decide their curriculum, so some
effort may still be required before
the course is run in colleges
effectively

For both, 1 and 2, to be realized,


faculty has to prepare themselves.
AICTE has made a tremendous effort
for this and more is yet required for
a visible, sea change.Please reflect on
how you can be of help, how you
want to participate in this effort. *
