Introduction

Indian agriculture plays a crucial role in


the nation's economy, but it faces
numerous challenges, especially in the
procurement of seeds and fertilizers at
reasonable prices and the fair sale of farm
produce. The project aims to address
these issues by creating an e-portal that
connects farmers directly with consumers,
eliminating middlemen and enhancing the
profitability of farming in India.

Proposed Method

 The project will involve several key


steps:

 Portal Development: Create a user -


friendly e–portal with mobile
accessibility.
 Supplier On boarding : Identify and
validate authorized seed and fertilizer
suppliers.
 Consumer-Farmer Interaction:
Establish a platform for direct
communication between consumers
and farmers.
 Quality Assurance: Implement strict
quality control for listed products.
 Payment System: Integrate secure
online payment options.
Objectives

The primary objectives of this project are:


- To empower farmers by providing a
platform for procuring seeds and fertilizers
at competitive prices.
- To eliminate middlemen from the farm
produce supply chain, allowing direct
consumer-farmer transactions.
- To ensure quality, authenticity, and fair
pricing in agricultural transactions.

Conclusion

The project's core aim is to revolutionize


Indian agriculture by providing farmers
with a platform to access affordable inputs
and sell their produce at fair prices. By
connecting consumers directly with
farmers and leveraging technology, this
project holds the potential to address
critical issues in the agricultural supply
chain and contribute to a more prosperous
farming sector.
