In modern times owing to hectic schedules it become it becomes very

difficult to remain active all the time. Many accident are caused by

loss of vehicle control due to drivers suddenly falling asleep in most

cases the drivers are tired and without realizing it tends to temporarily

close his eyes to rest at night time while driving , especially when the

road is smooth and with little traffic . his hands are on the wheel and foot

on the pedal but suddenly he starts feeling drowsy his blur and before he

knows it he’s asleep falling asleep on the wheel can lead to serious

consequence , there may be people may even lose their life accidents and

every year , approximately 1.5 lakh people die on India road , which

translate , on an average , into 1130 accidents and 422 deaths every day

or 47 accidents and 18 deaths every 3 hour . so the aim of this drive ,

therefore to provide driverswith the drive capable of keeping awake

the person who is about to fall asleep “ the device consist of a pair of

glasses lenses on which a sensor , a batters and an electrode are

implanted at the level of both arms .

this system user if he/she falls asleep at the wheel there by avoiding

accidents and saving lives.

Project motivation and purpose the goal of the project is the develop a system
that can alarm sleepy. driver which aims to prevent the drivers from drowsy
driving and create a safer driving environment.

This device has many features that makes it unique and functional

1. eye extraction use open and close to determine sleepiness.

2. Date time and night time detection.

3. Sound and flashing LED warning system to redraw drivers attention.

4. Little inference and potential hazard to drivers normal driving.

Driver sleepiness and falling a sleep at the wheel are considered to

cause a significant proportation { potentially up to 30%} of road traffic

accidents , particularly during night driving . the anti- sleep glass alarm

for people doing all night drives as well as security glass . the

glass has the potential to save lives on the road . the anti-sleep glass

has the potential to keep them awake during their journey . the product

provide a safe journey to the traveler . during winter night due to

lack of sleep truck drivers are not able to drive properly on road and

which leads to the accidents this products will help them to remain

awake and drive safely .

Many devices designed to wakeup sleepy drivers have been

filed patent . but our anti sleep glasses is different
 Anti sleep glass is a device containing a bean of infrared
light that detects movments of the eyelids and emit a
noise when the eyelids are closed over a certain period of
time. The use of infrared light is preferred because
infrared light generate least distraction
 It includes a pair of glasses including sensor that sends a
command to a third unit to product a bright flash.
 It also include a light emitting diode a photo diode and a
buzzer.

 This glasses alert the driver whenever he is getting into sleep while
driving the vehicle .

 Sleeping on wheels is dangerous sometimes it may convert into fettle

accidents that can lead to death. So to prevent such consequences of
accident we can use this gadget to alert the driver when he feels
drowsiness .

 This device is useful specially for people who travel long distances and
people who are driving late at night.

 To save the life of people.

 This device make your night journey easy and safe .

 It helps defence forces to remain alert during night and protect our
country.

Many accidents are caused by loss of vehicle control due to

drivers suddenly falling asleep. In most cases the drivers is
tired and without realizing it,tends to temporarily close his
eyes to rest especially when the road is smooth and little
traffic. Those who are most at risk are those people who
drive for hours for work related reasons ,especially during
night time eg truck drivers bus drivers truck drivers etc
.Neverthless there are currently no devices on the market
able to recognize the onset of drivers falling asleep and
prevent it , keeping the subject awake .
The aim of the device is therefore to provide drivers with a
drivers with a device capable of keeping awake the person
who is about to fall asleep.

Hearing about the accidents in news now-a-days has been

made and impact on many people . there are about 1.5 billions
of people who have lost their life in the accident which has also
effected the lifes of the family member of the disease person.
30% of people report dozing off behind the wheel. 6400 people die
from drowsy driving crashes each year . driving on four to five hours
of sleep means you are more likely to crash. Losing 2 hours of sleep
is similar to having 3 beers.

The prototype of anti-sleep glass is made of eco-friendly hight-

strength composite material produced is india. It consist of a
pair of glasses , sensor, buzzer, light emitting diode and a
photo diode.
1. A pair of glasses: glasses containing a bean of infrared
light that detect movement of light that detects
movement of the eyelid and emits a noise ,when the
eyelids are closed.
2. Sensor : sensor sense the movement and send a
command to a third unit , to produce a bright light.
3. Light emitting diode : it receive commands from sensor
and print light .
4. Buzzer : after this buzzer provide the sound and after the
users.

CONCLUSION
Accomplishment as for the software parts we fulfilled our could not only

work effectively and accurately at daytime , but also at night the eye portion is

smooth and in real time with no delays on the computer in addition . there is a

bonus function in the software part dectection with glass. Anti sleep glass ,

warned the customer when sleep glass , warned the customer when his/her

physical condition is not good enough for driving and then 27 prevent

dangerous behaviors from happening . it is consistent with the safety

understanding of technology its appropriate application , and potenstial

consrquence . we design our product using qualified component and follow

safety rules , avoid wrong action happening to other people.
