Step 1 :

Create or Download Data Set


STEP 2:
Create a Google Sheet : Goto google website and do as per below image

Then Create a New Blank Sheet


File -> Import -> Upload -> Select the file from your device -> Choose Replace Spread Sheet
Option -> Rename the sheet as HR Dashboard
STEP 3 – Data Studio
Go to Data Studio by clicking the below link

Create -> Data Source (refer the below Image)
Click Google Sheet (Refer below image)

Select HR Dashboard then Click Connect button (Refer below image)

Check the data Type : here Employee Id should be Numeric instead date and time, so change into
numeric then Click Create Report (refer below image)
Now you are in the Report page , Delete the existing table (by pressing the del button)

1. Add Title by Clicking Text Box and Change the color and style (Refer below Image)
2. Add Table with Bar Chart (Employee Name Vs Pay Rate Per Hour)

Change the Style and Color


Rename your studio name as HR Dashboard
3. Pie Chart (Employee Name Vs Department)
4. Pie Chart (Martial Status and Record Count)

5. Donut Chart (Male and Female Count)


6. Bar Chart (Manager Name Vs Record Count)
Add to Chart -> Bar Chart
Styles -> Show Data labels

7. Bubble Map
Add a Chart -> Google Map (Bubble Map)

Then Select State under Location

8. Gauge (Employee name Vs Employee Satisfication)


Community Visualization -> Guage
The Above Image -> Click the Pen Icon near to Employee Satisfaction and Choose Average

Then Go the Style


Range : 0 to 5
Green 3 to 5
Yellow : 2 to 3
Red : 0 to 2

9. Tree Map Chart (Recruitment Source Vs Record Count)


Add a Chart -> Tree Map
10. Score Cards (Pay Rate per Hour)
Add a Chart -> Score Card Option
Copy and Paste Two Time (Min, Max, Avg)
11. Pivot Table
Add a Chart – Pivot Table
Row Dimension -> Department
Column Dimension -> Gender
Metric -> Record Count

12. Add a Control -> Drop Down List


Setup -> Control Field -> Department

13. Add a Control -> Slider (Pay Rate per Hour)


14. Theme and Layout

15. Click View for Final Output
