1. Purpose
This document is a desk reference tailored to aid the Management Specialists from
Production and Quality team at NLCIL. It is intended to provide information that will be
helpful to support the transactional flow related to Production Planning and Quality
Management modules in SAP on the processes defined for NLCIL.
2. Scope
As part of educating Core users related to SAP Production and Quality Process
proposed for NLCIL, transactional flow and details relating to Production Planning Processes
are taken into consideration as part of this training manual. This training manual covers the
below marked process,
 Scenario using Process order
o Technical Completion of process Order (COR2)

3. Pre-Requisites
 Users should have access to the respective SAP System for performing the
configuration
 Relevant Roles should be assigned to the User in SAP System
 User should have understanding about the Business process involved and Proposed for
NLCIL

4. Transactional Data Scenarios – Technical Completion of Process Order

PROCESS TITLE: PROCESS ORDER TECO (Complete Technically) – COR2

OVERVIEW
The procedure will be used for Process Order Change for Thermal plants entry -
Power generation, DM water production, Raw water production, & Hydrogen
production.

Via Menus Logistic-Production Process – Process Order


- Process Order –COR2-Change
Via Transaction Code COR2

STEP: 1. Click the Transaction Code Process Order change – COR2.

STEP: 2. Enter the required fields as shown below

Note: In column “R/O/C” of above table, “R” = Required, “O” = Optional,


“C” = Conditional.

Click the Enter button or Enter.

Bellow screen will appear process order with REL (Release) status.

STEP: 3. Go to process order then Functions, click on Restrict Processing and Click
on Complete Technically.

STEP: 4. Here Process order status has been changed.

STEP: 5. SAVE or Ctrl+S.
