Understanding People (20%)

Instructions:

In a group of four/five (different ethnics/gender), your assignment is


based on the above MARS model and should meet the following
criteria:

1. Interview two (2) working adults (strictly NOT personnel working


in UNIMAS) with the following characteristics:
a. At least one person in lowest rank in organization (e.g. cleaner,
driver, dispatch, etc)
b. At least one person working in highest rank in organization (e.g.
CEO, Managing Director, Owner, etc) OR
c. self employed

2. Your interview will be guided using the MARS model of behaviour. The
purpose is to understand individual behaviour and its outcomes.

3. Below are sample of Interview Questions as a guideline (You may use


your own updated version):

4. Report the analysis of your interviews including analysis of similarities


and differences between the two groups of people in a 8-10 pages report.
Please relate your discussion to the current literature.
5. Prepare a presentation materials based on the above report.
6. Please save your discussion such as pictures, Whatsapp group
discussion etc. for audit purposes.
7. Submit your report and presentation material on the 30th November
2023 via Eleap Assignment Submission link.
