"An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

"
There's more truth to this saying than
we think. What you eat and
drink and what you don't eat and drink
can definitely make a difference to your health.
Eating five or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day and less saturated fat can help improve
your health and may reduce the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases. Have a
balanced diet, and watch how much you eat.
Many people eat carefully and exercise religiously out of fear of getting fat. They're afraid if they eat fat, they'll
get fat, and/or if they don't exercise, they'll get fat. Although both fears have a foundation of truth, keep in mind
there are many thin ( not fat) people who eat fatty foods and do not exercise. They simply don't overeat.

Here are some steps to eat properly… (Tips)

 When you're eating a meal, stop when you're satisfied, not when you're full
 Eat only when you're hungry..
 Have many small meals, rather than a few big ones
 Eat breakfast every day.
 Try "low fat" foods--but check the labels.
 Eat slowly. Chew your food until it has turned to mush
 Drink lots of water every day.
 Do some exercise everyday. Exercise burns off the calories and makes you fit .
So come on- get up and ride your bike, go for walks, even run!!!
 Don't eat less than two hours before you go to bed
 Finally remember - there is no need to be skinny! Enjoy your food and have fun when you are exercising
