FOREWORD
This Integrated (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) Management System Manual has been
established as a mandatory requirement of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
with an objective of providing the overall guidance and direction to the Integrated Management
System (IMS) designed, developed, and implemented at AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER
COMPANY SPC.
The Integrated Management System Manual lays down the scope of IMS and the exclusions,
references to documented procedures and description of the interaction between the processes of
the IMS.
All employees are required to abide by the principles laid down in this manual. However, as part of
our endeavor for continual improvement, each user and follower of this manual is encouraged to
identify improvement opportunities and bring them to the attention of the appropriate authority
for evaluation and incorporation in the manual.
Each user is also urged to identify and bring to the immediate attention of their supervisors those
processes that may have undergone a change since the introduction of the manual, as well as new
processes that have not been included for appropriate modification of the manual.

We lease or supply vehicles from an array of manufactures ranging from GM to Toyota and several
others.
Some of the vehicles and heavy equipment’s we currently have on lease and on hand to supply
are:
• SUV- Toyota Prado, Chevy Tahoe, Chevy. Suburban, GMC Yukon & GMC Yukon-XL
• Pickup Trucks- ½ Ton 4 Door Pickup Toyota Hilux, &
¾ Ton Extended Cab Pickups like GMC Sierra or Chevy. Silverado.
• Passenger Van- Toyota Hiace, Chevy. Savana & GMC Savana
• Passenger Bus- Toyota Coaster OR Mitsubishi Rosa.
• Flatbed Truck- Mercedes Actross 40’ Flatbed Trucks.
• ½ Lorry- Toyota Dyna.
• Other required equipment’s available upon request
SERVICE STATION
We have a fully functioning Service Station located in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The station is staffed with
a technically skilled service team. We have all the equipment required to undertake all our leased
vehicle tasks for maintenance and servicing. Also available on hand are the latest technologies that
enable us to conduct a comprehensive analysis of leased vehicles and to help diagnose potential
problems. Our quality servicing and maintenance comes backed by a full guarantee on parts and
workmanship. We only use leading brands of components and accessories.

This Manual has been formulated and released by AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY
SPC to be used by the Organization for describing its Integrated Management System in line with
the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018.
AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC adopts the International Standard ISO 9001:
2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 for providing a Integrated Management System.
To demonstrate its ability to provide consistently, products & services that meet Customer and
applicable regulatory requirements, and
To address customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including
processes for continual improvement and the prevention of nonconformity.

AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC manages these processes in accordance with
the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO
45001:2018.
Whenever and wherever AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC chooses to outsource
any process that affects Service and Products & services conformity with requirements, AIT CAR
RENTAL WITH OUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC shall ensure control over such processes. The type and

7.1.1 General
The senior management of AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC determines and
provides the resources needed to implement and maintain the IMS and continually improve its
effectiveness; and to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.
7.1.2 People

affecting conformity to Service requirements are competent based on appropriate education,
training, skills and experience.

8 Operation
8.1 Operational planning and control
8.1.1 General
AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC plans and develops the processes needed for
Service realization. Planning of the realization processes is consistent with the other requirements
of the other processes of the Integrated Management System “IMS”.
Service realization refers to the processes required to deliver Products & services that meet
customer needs. In planning the Service realization processes AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER
COMPANY SPC determines the following, as appropriate:
“ Vehicles Rental Services” is the main scope of AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY
SPC.
AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC has ensured that output of Service realization
planning is in the documented form (Procedures), which is in a form suitable for AIT CAR RENTAL
WITH OUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC operations. AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC
has documented the interaction and realization of processes.
8.1.2 Eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks

procedures to eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks to acceptable levels. Following controls are
employed:

where necessary, and that all relevant personnel are made aware of the documented requirement
changes.
AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC has developed procedures to ensure that AIT
CAR RENTAL WITH OUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC is able to respond to the accidents and foreseeable
emergency/disaster situation and for preventing and mitigating the impacts associated with them
considering the total business risk on AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC After
identifying the potential risks or emergency situations and past experiences, action plans have been
developed to overcome the emergency. (Procedure for Emergency Preparedness and Response
Plan) In case of occurrence of such a situation, an H&S committee is formed to analyze the risk and
necessary corrective and preventive action taken to prevent its recurrence.

a process needed to prepare for and respond to potential emergency situations, as identified in
6.1.2.1, including:
a) Establishing a planned response to emergency situations, including the provision of first aid.
c) Periodically testing and exercising the planned response capability; Wherever practicable, mock
drills to check the emergency preparedness are carried out at regular intervals as per (Procedure for
Emergency preparedness and response plan).
d) Evaluating performance and, as necessary, revising the planned response, including after testing
and in particular after the occurrence of emergency situations.
e) Communicating and providing relevant information to all workers on their duties and
responsibilities.

requirements prior to their communication to the supplier. AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER

ensuring that purchased Service meets specified purchase requirements.

8.5.4 Preservation
AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC shall preserve conformity of Service during
internal processing and delivery to the intended destination in order to maintain conformity to
requirements. As applicable, preservation shall include identification, site inspection, work
completion signed by customer.
8.5.5 Post-delivery activities
During work completion, all the Products & services done are presented to customer for his
acceptance. If any complaints received related to work done, site inspection is done. If minor repair
is required, it is done.
8.5.6 Control of changes
The senior management of AIT CAR RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVER COMPANY SPC ensures that:

9.1.1 General
