🚀 Your responsibilities
● Create, deploy, maintain, and optimize virtual desktop environments on-premises or in the
Azure cloud.
● To execute troubleshooting and update tasks independently without other involvement of
Global Delivery or headquarters intervention.
● Able to execute operational activities such as deployment, monitoring, and incident
management.
● Provide technical consultation to the Customer / System Engineer and Project Manager for
developing new systems or enhancing existing ones to support the business.
● Work with team members to estimate timelines.
● Ensure that the expected performance of the Virtual Desktop environment is achieved.
● Work with Cloud Architects and Engineers to realize technical concept.
● Be part of an international and dynamic job environment.

🧑‍💻 Your Experience


● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Bachelor's
degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or
comparable education or experience
● Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the planning and implementation of virtual desktop or
Terminal services on professional grade hardware or cloud based.
● Experience in Technical Troubleshooting and Monitoring and documentation tools.
● Flexible Working Times in the Evening due to Calls / To-dos with the German Office work
times
● Good experience of virtual desktop and application implementation tasks so that realistic
deadlines can be defined and met.
● Having good understanding Operation and Service Level Agreements.
● Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus: Citrix PVS, Powershell and FSLogix
technologies.
● Strong customer orientation and great communication skills
● This job demand flexibility and willingness to work in dynamic environment with customer
driven project. The candidates are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in
the European Union regularly.
● Strong team orientation, with resilience and commitment
● Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to
learn and work under minimum supervision
