SUPERDARINAMA

I, Subash Chandra Pal, S/o Shri Ram Manipal, R/o House no. B-44 , Gali No.
8 Shalimar Gaon, Delhi, am the owner of the TOYATA INNOVA CRYSTA Car
bearing No. DL-8C-AV-6828 which was seized by the Investigating officer of
P.S. Burari , New Delhi.

Whereas the Hon’ble Court of MS. Meena Chauhan Ld. MM , Tis Hazari
Courts , Central District , Delhi vide order dated 26.12.2023 was pleased to
release the said vehicle on furnishing a Superdarinama with the condition that
the Superdar shall produce the said vehicle as and when required by the court
or by the officials of P. S. Burari New Delhi. It is also further undertaken that I,
the applicant, will not sell or transfer or change the colour of the above said
vehicle without prior permission of the Hon’ble Court. In case the applicant
failed to produce the said vehicle, the applicant shall pay to Government of
India Rs. ______________ (Rupees ___________________________ only) and the
applicant is bound to pay the above said amount to the court if the applicant
fails to produce the said vehicle as and when required by the Hon’ble Court.
The applicant is hereby executing a Superdari bond to the tune of Rs.
____________ in favour of Government of India and if the applicant fails to
produce the said vehicle the said amount may be attached.
This Superdari Nama is executed on this the 26 day of December, 2023.
